A grieving teen shifts toward a more hopeful future when he develops unexpected bonds with a peer with Down syndrome and a local girl. However, his newfound happiness is threatened by his lingering grief and the girl's violent ex-boyfriend.

Nate is a gold medalist in many sports, he’s a brother and amazing friend and preaches love wherever he goes. Nate is an actor, model, radio personality and has been on TV hundreds of times. Nate’s motto is “Be a good human.”
Ryan has been acting since he was in elementary school when he auditioned for community theatre. He later transitioned into film and can be seen on Netflix in Stranger Things and Echoes, AppleTV’s Me, as well as Hulu’s Dopesick. Look for his upcoming project Searchlight Picture’s The Supremes at Earl’s All You Can Eat based on a best-selling novel.

Robin Hofmann is an award-winning writer, director and producer. She started producing content to spread awareness and highlight individuals who may not have had a voice otherwise. Prior to getting into film, Robin earned her degree in Psychology and spent 27 years working with individuals with disabilities. Her film journey began with an online baking show focusing on gluten free recipes and spreading awareness on disabilities. Shortly after, she began interviewing "ordinary people with extraordinary stories" on her online talk show, Chat with Me. These experiences brought her to the art of filmmaking where she began writing, producing and directing independent films.
